Please note: As the Awards Committee consists of reviewers with diverse areas of expertise, an effective nomination is not just a CV. A complete nomination must include answers to the questions in the nomination form; these responses will be the primary focus of the review. Incomplete nominations will not be considered. Please do not include hyperlinks — all information to be considered should be included in the nomination form. Brief supporting materials, such as as NIH Biosketch or other documentation, may be sent attached to the form for consideration. Full CVs will not be reviewed by the selection committee.
The selection committee can opt to not select a winner in a given year if it determines there are no qualifying or deserving candidates.
