MAA Student Initiative Fund Supports RMEC

The UVA Medical Alumni Association’s Student Initiative Fund provided support for last week’s regional medical education conference, hosted by UVA’s SNMA chapter.

The conference included hands-on clinical workshops, panel discussions, and an exhibitor fair tailored to pre-medical and medical students. The goal of the conference was to help foster a community of future healthcare leaders prepared to impact the field of medicine positively. The event was attended by undergraduate and post-graduate prospective medical students, current medical students and prospective residents, and medical education faculty and staff.
